Kepson hails from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain University. His professional journey includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Washington Hospital Center and a Nurse Supervisor at Deanwood Rehabilitation Center. Developing a keen interest in nephrology, he served as a Charge Nurse at DaVita and later as a Travel Nurse at Fresenius. Kepson furthered his education, earning a Master’s Degree in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from Chamberlain University.

In 2023, he became a part of Washington Nephrology Associates. Outside of his career, Kepson, a married individual with four children, enjoys activities such as going to the gym, playing chess, and watching movies.
